Great location, Skype check-in, breakfast in room, close to Rialto Bridge and market.
Nothing is perfect.

Very nice local hotel with Venitian design. Spacious for a family of 5. Great central location!... Near Rialto bridge. Easy to walk around and see the rest of Venice from here. Lotsa restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Very close to the the San Silvestro water bus station. Would stay there if visiting Venice again.

The room corresponds to its price, the center of the city - great savings on transport. It's quite modest. Probably once this place was chic (fabric wallpaper, chandeliers of Murano glass, etc.), but 20-30 years ago. Now everything is quite old, but the remnants of the former luxury are visible. Cable TV, heating, wai file - everything is fine. We can see that we took into account the previous negative reviews.
The floor is crumbling! Cosmetic repairs won't hurt. Just before arriving, we were told that there would be no crib (when the money was already withdrawn). But after I got a little outraged in the letter of response - at the arrival of the room was an extra bed and we somehow got out.

The hotel had a great location close to the famous Rialto Bridge with all the major attractions nearby. For transportation, water buses and taxis were easily available. the room had a great quirky Italian theme with a large bathroom and comfortable facilities. Guests enjoyed a good breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Some guests had a negative experience with services like the room being moved to another location without any prior notice.

The location is very close to a vaporetto (water bus) stop, making it easy to get around, including with luggage, without needing to use the very expensive water taxis.
The shower was incredibly tiny, so tiny that it was nearly impossible to raise my arms to wash my hair. Smaller than a phone booth.

We were pleasantly surprised with this Hotel, considering all the negative reviews we read. Yes, the beds are one the hard side, but that's the way we like them. The coffee was terrible, but I had the tea the next day and it was great. The location was great and there are many good restaurants just around the corner. There are only a few rooms so it was also nice and quite.

The hotel is small & intimate, very few rooms. We arrived before our room was ready & the staff allowed us to leave luggage. The hotel is convenient to two water taxi stops. Good value for the money. We were able to stay in one room w/ a family of five.

We loved the strategic location of the hotel which allowed us to explore the city easily by foot. It was located close to the iconic Rialto bridge and the San Marco square, which saved us the high cost of a water bus. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained with a beautiful antique decor. Even though the city can be quite expensive, this hotel offered good value for money. The staff was friendly and provided a decent breakfast every morning.
All was perfect.

Location easy to access the vaparetto. Staff was helpful and showed interest in making our stay a good one.
The room we had was on the 3rd floor and the stair case was very narrow, we are in good physical shape so it was an issue we could work around but anyone with limitations should consider this before staying at this hotel.

The location was super - 2 minutes from the Rialto! Nice clean room. We recommend you to call the hotel in advance and they will give good instructions in how to find the hotel, otherwise it can be a little hard to find.

The hotel room was clean and although 'minimal' served very well if one was just in to sleep the night. The breakfast as fresh and very Italian, which means basic minimum glass of orange juice, fresh pastry - croissant and roll of bread, butter, jam and honey. The unsuite was also very clean with sufficient clean towels.
The advertised picture of the hotel is not really true. The hotel door is down an alley at the side of the block shown on line. The Window view did not exist because one could not open the window due to scaffolding. There is no reception. Guests are presented with a flat screen tuned in to skype. You use this to contact hotel staff in another locaton. There was no room or hotel telephone. There was no tea/coffee stuff on the table provided with a kettle in reception, and when I skyped a complainy, I was told - no can do Tonight. The whole arrangement was weird !!.
